Caltrans is scheduled tonight to start a two-week project that will limit Highway 12 to one lane at night.
The work will be from Highway 116 to Llano Road.
Crews will grind out several sections of deteriorating pavement before putting down a new layer of asphalt. The work will be done 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
One-way traffic control will be in place during construction hours, and Caltrans said drivers can expect delays.
