Sonoma County’s road department is planning road work that may cause some traffic slowdowns because one lane will be closed at times:

–Alexander Valley Road, from Healdsburg Avenue to Lytton Station Road, through Aug. 20.

–Bohemian Highway at the Russian River because of bridge construction, through July 30.

–Dry Creek Road, from Healdsburg to Lake Sonoma Dam, today and Friday.

–Llano Road, from Highway 116 to Meadow Lane, today.

–Lone Pine Road, from Twig Avenue to Finn Road, today.

The county recommends drivers take alternative routes if possible.
