The Sonoma County roads department plans the following road work this week:

–Bennett Valley Road, from Warm Springs to Sonoma Mountain roads, for brush cutting today and Wednesday.

–Calistoga Road, from Santa Rosa to Porter Creek Road, for brush cutting work today and Wednesday.

–Eastside Road, from Trenton Healdsburg Road to Old Redwood Highway, for ditch cleaning, through Sept. 23.

–River Road, from Highway 116 to Mirabel Road, for chip sealing, today, through Friday.

The Transportation and Public Works Department says one lane may be closed at times and recommends using an alternate route.
