Caltrans announced it will be doing some paving work this week on Highways 101 and 128:
–Tuesday and Thursday, the eastbound lane of Highway 128 near River Rock Casino.
–Wednesday, the westbound lane of the Shiloh Road overcrossing in Windsor.
–Thursday, the westbound lane of Highway 128 from a half-mile east of the Mendocino County line to three miles east of the county line.
–Friday, southbound No. 2 lane (the right lane) of Highway 101 from three miles south of the Mendocino County line to four miles south of the line.
The work is scheduled to be done from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Is that a one mile stretch, or a seven mile stretch? Something tells me it should have read “Three miles NORTH of the line to four miles south”. That would be seven miles, But I may be mistaken—maybe it IS only a one mile stretch, all south of the county line….
