Caltrans this week will be grinding “distressed sections” of Highway 128 in the Geyserville area and then repaving them.

The work will be 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. along various stretches, and one-way traffic control will be in effect, so expect some traffic delays.

On Monday and Tuesday, construction crews will work just east of the Highway 101-Highway 128 junction.

On Wednesday and Thursday, they move on to the stretch of 128 around River Rock Casino.

On Friday, they finish up near Highway 128 and Geysers Road.
