Here are some road projects this week in Sonoma County that may affect you:

–On Monday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., county roads crews will be grinding out damaged pavement and putting down fresh asphalt on Crane Canyon Road near Grange Road. Traffic will be down to one lane.

–On Monday, Caltrans plans to close the southbound Highway 101 onramp from East Washington Street in Petaluma from 10 p.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday. Caltrans says it may close it again Thursday night for the same hours.

–On Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Caltrans plans to close two lanes of westbound East Washington Street, from McDowell Boulevard to the southbound Highway 101 offramp, for road work related to the new northbound onramp. This stretch can be a mess on a good day, so take an alternate route.

–On Monday and Thursday, Caltrans plans pipe work on Highway 1 about halfway between Bodega Bay and the Russian River from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. One-way traffic control will be in effect.
