Here are some Caltrans road projects that are expected to cause traffic slowing this week:

–Highway 101, southbound onramp from Old Redwood Highway/Petaluma Boulevard North in Petaluma will be closed 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. Monday through Friday.

–Highway 101, various lanes closed from Rohnert Park Expressway to Todd Road from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. Monday and through Friday.

–Highway 101, various lanes closed from Corona Road to Rohnert Park from 7:30 p.m. to 7 a.m. Monday through Friday.

–In Petaluma, various lanes closed on westbound East Washington Street from McDowell Boulevard to southbound 101 offramp from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday.

All of the work is weather permitting.

Note to readers: Many have written in asking when the speed limit on 101 will be raised back to 65 mph from north Petaluma to south Santa Rosa. That decision is up to Caltrans, and we’ve asked Caltrans for an answer but so far we haven’t received one.
