Mark West Station Road at Starr Road is one that floods every big storm. You typically can get through westbound up to Starr Road, but after that the road dips and a driver or too always gets stranded as the water gets deep.

I always get a kick out of people who think they can just drive right through a flooded area in their tiny cars.
