Caltrans plans to close a lane of Highway 12 in the Sonoma Valley from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. for road work and is warning of traffic delays.
Crews will be clearing storm drains in the area of Madrone Road, causing the eastbound lane to be closed and one-way traffic control to be in effect, Caltrans says.
