Rohnert Park — Work begins Wednesday, June 26, on the Rohnert Park Expressway over-crossing, with city crews patching some failed pavement.  At least one lane in each direction will remain open at all times, but some lanes may be closed from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. daily. Northbound and southbound freeway loop on-ramps also may be closed from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.  Travelers should expect delays.  Alternate routes, such as the Golf Course Avenue under-crossing, are advised.

More Sonoma County projects:

County roadwork projects have been delayed by rain. Once the pavement is dry enough, crews will start painting center line and fog line striping on the newly repaved section of Stony Point Road near Rohnert Park Expressway.

Lakeville Road repaving also may be delayed until Wednesday. Crews will work between Old Lakeville Road 2 and Hwy 116 between 7 p.m. and 5 p.m. nightly, causing delays of up to 30 minutes.

Work continues this week on the temporary summer crossing at Asti between Geyserville and Cloverdale, with a target of opening by the July 4th holiday.

Cal Fire crews are scheduled to assist with roadside brush removal Tuesday and Wednesday this week on Bodega Hwy and Guerneville Road.

The Bridge Crew is scheduled this week to be installing guard rail on Willow Creek Road and replacing culverts on East Avenue in Camp Meeker and Bristol Road in Kenwood.
