Santa Rosa City Bus has launched a cellphone app that lets passengers know exactly when buses will arrive. Reporter Kevin McCallum reports that the program, Called My Santa Rosa CityBus, aims to make it easier for bus riders to access real-time arrival and departure information to better plan their rides.
Riders can set up email alerts to let them know if their bus is running on schedule. They can also get an estimated arrival time texted to them in seconds.
