Here are some road projects this week in Sonoma County that may affect you: –On Monday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., county roads crews will be grinding out damaged pavement and putting down fresh asphalt on Crane Canyon Road near Grange Road. Traffic will be down to one lane. –On Monday, Caltrans plans to close the southbound Highway 101 onramp from East Washington Street in Petaluma from 10 p.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday. Here’s a question from a reader: What is the schedule for repaving of Old Redwood Highway between Petaluma and Cotati? This is a heavily traveled road and has not been improved for a century.
