Top 10 worst U.S. cities for traffic

Honolulu has the worst traffic in the nation, according to a traffic research company. Kirkland, Wash.-based INRIX said Los Angeles ranked second in 2011. In 2010, L.A. was No. 1 and Honolulu was No. 2. Of the 100 most populated cities tracked by INRIX, 70 showed a drop in traffic congestion, the company said in its fifth annual report on traffic. China’s 60-mile-long traffic jam
