SMART road closures in Santa Rosa

SMART rail line construction work continues this week in Santa Rosa, and for about the next month certain roads will be completely closed for a few days at a time where they cross the railroad tracks. Note to readers: This column has been updated. SMART rail line construction work has arrived in Santa Rosa, and that means for the next few weeks certain roads will be completely closed for a few days at a time where the streets cross the railroad tracks. Drivers will need to find alternate routes. Third Street is closed now through 6 p.m. Thursday.
