Drivers in the Windsor area will have to take detours a bit this week as Caltrans work will shut two key ramps along Highway 101. On Tuesday, the eastbound Airport Boulevard onramp to northbound 101 will be closed from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. to allow crews to trim trees and remove brush. Caltrans this week plans to spruce up a couple of ramps on Highway 101, but that means those ramps will be closed for several hours.
