A couple of things to keep in mind while driving Wednesday — Cinco de Mayo:

–Sebastopol Road in Santa Rosa will be completely closed from 4 to 10 p.m. from Dutton Avenue to Burbank Avenue for the Cinco de Mayo celebration in the Roseland area.

–The county’s Avoid the 13 DUI task force will be out looking for drunken drivers around the county. Petaluma Police Sgt. Ken Savano said each of the county’s cities, as well as the CHP,  will have at least one officer seeking out drivers who partied too much. The extra officers will be on overtime, with the funding coming from a grant from the state Office of Traffic Safety.

Among the signs of a drunken driver the officers’ will be looking for:

–Those weaving out of their lane.

–Wide turns.

–Failing to go on a green light.

–Driving slower than the speed limit.

–Aggressive and reckless driving.

–Drivers who appear drunk otherwise.
