Caltrans needs to close Commerce Boulevard under Highway 101 in Rohnert Park for three more nights to allow crews to finish demolition of the northbound overpass there.

Commerce will be shut from 8 tonight until 5 a.m. Friday, 8 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Saturday and 8 p.m. Monday to 5 a.m. Tuesday. Caltrans had closed the road Monday through Wednesday this week for the work, part of the highway’s widening project, but spokesman Bob Haus said crews were unable to finish.

That means to get across Rohnert Park you’ll have to use Rohnert Park Expressway or head south to Cotati and use Highway 116.
