What’s the average price of gas going to be May 2 in Santa Rosa?

For Road Warrior readers who entered our guess-the-gas-price contest, one was optimistic and predicted it will be $3.453 for a gallon of regular. Another was the opposite and forecast the price to hit $6.660. And there were dozens and dozens of guesses in between.

Entries are closed, and we’ll know the winner of the prize of a $50 gas card on May 2. The winner will be whomever comes closest to the average price for regular gas for the Santa Rosa metro area, as reported online on May 2 by AAA’s Daily Fuel Gauge Report. If more than one person chooses the correct price, a winner will be chosen at random.
