About a half-dozen CHP officers targeted speeders Friday morning on Highway 101 in Santa Rosa, handing out 24 tickets in 90 minutes.
CHP spokesman Jon Sloat said in a statement that drivers going 80 mph and faster were stopped, with the fastest violator tooling down the wet road at 94 mph.
The operation was on southbound 101 at Highway 12.
