What construction project is planned for Montgomery Drive in Santa Rosa?

Any day now, crews are to begin replacing sewer and water lines on the street between Farmers Lane and Talbot Avenue, said Jesus McKeag, assistant engineer for the city who is manager of the project.

He said traffic delays likely will be minimal during the $2.4 million project, which is expected to take until March 1, 2013, with the contractor, Mountain Cascade Inc. of Livermore, required to maintain two-way traffic.
